Just went for dinner @ Marina...then take a walk at marina. Just 3 of us...me, Dave and Sofea. Danial and Sammy don't want to come....playing Xbox at home.
Next time I'll take some pics ...while still day light. So many fishes by the shore. We saw baby hammer head.

New Year Eve we went out for dinner @ Joe's Shack...then just go home....kids kind a tired.
Watching firework in our neighbourhood through bedroom window.

~ Christmas Weekend @ Mayaro bay Resort ~

Heavy rain and strong wind most of the time. Just spend a bit of time by the beach.
Wave getting bigger and stronger...so we decided to check out early... 
Maybe next time...we come again. Hopefully going to be beautiful weather...

~ Holiday Cookies ~

With Sammy and Sofea help....we baking few holiday cookies at home before we off to the beach.
Yesterday me and Sofea went for last holiday shopping..... 
INGREDIENTS
* 1 1/4 cups salted butter, softened
* 2 cups white sugar
* 2 eggs
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in the chocolate chips. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 8 to 9 minutes in the preheated oven. Cookies will be soft. Cool slightly on cookie sheet; remove from sheet onto wire rack to cool completely.

~Weekend @ The Pool~

No body at the pool (after rain). Samara and Zariq join us too.
After swimming went to dinner at Yatch Club ( no pics)...maybe next time.
We do enjoyed "lepaking" at Marina...see all nice boats and yatch....so breezyyyyy

went to...Port Of Spain Zoo
and dinner at Zanzibar Rest (Movie Towne)
Interesting in this Restorant...they give Gameboy for kids to play, of course Sammy and Sofea have no complain abt. waiting to be serve and asking..."can we go now???
Instead they ask for..."can we come again next weekend?

Fort George - by British(1804) was initially built as defense line, a lookout point to indentify incoming bessels and pirates (Pirate Of Caribbean...he..he..)
From he we can see full view of Port Of Spain also beautiful sunset. But we don't wait till sunset.  maybe next time.
Just less than 20 minutes drive from our place.
